2018

Initially a number of meetings were held between like-minded persons in the months of January and February to draft the Constitution and Bye-laws.
Assistance was obtained from Legal experts, The ‘Society registration Act XII of 1860’ and documents of other such Associations were studied, and after due deliberations the final draft was submitted in the Office of ‘Registrar of Firms and Societies, Punjab’ on 1st week of April 2018.
The Registration was awarded by the Registrar on 25th April 2018.
The work of registration of Members started thereafter, and as of 15th August 2018 we have a roll of About 50 members.
Bank Account has been opened on 25th July 2018, and a Post Office Box has been obtain at G.P.O. Sector 17 Chandigarh.
A ‘Whattsapp’ group for members has been created, and a Phone Number has been obtained. Printing of Letterhead, Receipt Book, Rubber Stamps and Visiting cards has been done.
DO Letter’s to ITBP hierarchy posted on 19th Aug ’18, informing about setting up of the Association
President & Gen Secretary called on IG (NW) on 29th Aug, and apprised him about the foundation and activities of AIEPWA.
DO Letters to DIG and Comdts have been mailed on 5th Sep ’18.
Website of AIEPWA launched on 19th Sep ’18.
First Rally for mass contact and Membership held at Tigri Camp, N Delhi on 9th Dec, ’18.
President called on DG ITBP and submitted a Memorandum on 10th Dec ’18.

Annual General Meeting held at Tpt Bn on 1st Jun 2019
Office of the Association opened at Tpt Bn formally on 2nd Aug 2019, Membership as on this day is 74.
